As co-owner, co-founder and chairman of Trinity Sports and Entertainment Group, Inc., the parent company of the East Kentucky Miners, Mr. Fiedler is involved in every aspect of running the Miners' business and basketball operations. He made the transition into business, and the sport of basketball, following a ten year career as a quarterback in the NFL, playing on five teams, including a five-year stint as the starter for the Miami Dolphins, where he amassed one of the highest winning percentages for a starter over that span. A graduate of Dartmouth College with a B.A. in engineering sciences, Mr. Fiedler has always taken an active leadership role in every endeavor he has pursued. His knowledge of basketball comes from his father Ken, a legendary high school basketball coach in New York City, who won 2 NYC championships and coached players such as Norm Roberts (currently the head coach at St. John's), and Anthony Mason, a retired NBA All-Star who developed his game in the CBA before becoming a fixture in the NBA. |

Demetrius Ford has been an owner and managing director/chief executive of multiple professional basketball franchises since 2004. Before getting involved in professional sports with the 2004 purchase of the ABA Florida Pit Bulls with his partner Jay Fiedler, Mr. Ford spent over twelve years in investment banking and private equities, with experience as Chairman, President and CEO, Compliance Officer and Branch Manager. Macy, born in Kendalville, Ind., was a two-time All-American at the University of Kentucky and played on the Wildcats' 1978 national championship team. He played three seasons at Kentucky after spending one season at Purdue. Following his collegiate career, he spent seven seasons in the NBA, playing for the Phoenix Suns (5), Chicago Bulls (1) and Indiana Pacers (1). A 2001 graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Communications and a minor in Telecommunications, Brandon Paquin was an Associate Sports Agent with Ice Miller Sports Services, one of the biggest law firms in the country. Paquin was Basketball Operations Advisor with the ABA Kentucky Colonels and most recently served as the Director of Player Personnel for the CBA's Indiana Alley Cats. He has established relationships and worked closely with NBA teams such as the Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzles. Paquin is originally from Greencastle, Ind. He now resides in Louisville, Ky. Steve LeMaster has over a dozen years of experience in public relations, communications and print and broadcast journalism. An Eastern Kentucky native, LeMaster has worked in public relations positions with Steve Blackburn Motorsports (2004 NASCAR Dodge Weekly Racing Series Atlantic Region Champion), Kinzer Motorsports, Thunder Ridge Raceway and Willard Speedway. He has contributed to Kentucky Monthly, Kentucky Living, The Cats’ Pause, Wonderful West Virginia and numerous other publications. While working in the real estate and mortgage industries she organized a series of fundraising events to support the efforts of Coldwell Banker’s CB Cares children’s charity and other youth based community charities. With a background in education, she is dedicated to serving children and the community. She brings a unique talent and dedication to the development of youth programming and is extremely strong in building relationships and partnerships. Laura is a 14 year veteran member of the Kentucky Opry. Through her affiliation with the Opry organization, she was chosen as a representative for Kentucky during State’s Days Performances at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. in 1999. She was a featured performer on Live from the Governor’s Mansion aired on KET in 2001. She has also been seen on KET during the Kentucky PRIDE Organization’s annual Envi Awards in both 2003 and 2004. Laura was the vocalist of the National Anthem for the first Inaugural Ceremony of Kentucky Governor Paul Patton. She also sang the Anthem to open the UK vs. UT basketball game at Rupp Arena. In the fall of 1999 Terri began a dual career as a road manager and business consultant for national and regional bands.
